1.System Overview
The Liker Aerogel Insulation System uses nanoporous aerogel as the core material and forms high-strength,ultra-low thermal conductivity insulation products through composite reinforcement technology,covering various forms such as aerogel felt,boards,coatings,and insulation sheets.With a low thermal conductivity of 0.012-0.024W/(m·K),this system achieves a 50%-80%energy efficiency improvement compared to traditional materials.It also possesses characteristics such as fire resistance,waterproofing,corrosion resistance,and lightweight,making it widely used in industrial pipelines,building exterior walls,new energy batteries,and raw material supply chain fields.
II.Four core application areas
1.Industrial energy conservation:"Heat loss terminator"for high-temperature equipment and pipelines

Petrochemical pipeline insulation:In the renovation of the atmospheric coking unit at Tahe Refining and Chemical,a combined insulation scheme of"silica aerogel blanket+aluminum foil fiberglass cloth"was adopted,reducing the insulation layer thickness of 150mm diameter pipelines from 90mm with traditional materials to 20mm,resulting in a 34.7%reduction in heat loss and annual savings of over a thousand tons of standard coal.
High-temperature reactor insulation:Aerogel felt can withstand high temperatures up to 1000℃.It is applied to the outer layer of petrochemical reactors,reducing heat loss while ensuring the safety of operators,and enhancing equipment efficiency by 15%-20%.
Low-temperature cold chain insulation:Applying aerogel coating in cold storage and refrigerated vehicles effectively blocks the loss of cold energy,reduces refrigeration energy consumption by 25%-30%,and extends the food preservation period.
2.Building energy efficiency:The"invisible cloak"of ultra-low energy consumption buildings

Integrated external wall insulation:Aerogel coating is directly sprayed onto the wall,forming an ultra-thin 1cm-thick thermal insulation layer.Its insulation effect is equivalent to that of a 5cm traditional polystyrene board,without the issue of thermal bridges.The Shanghai Chuangrui Chemical project shows that after coating,the building's air conditioning energy consumption has decreased by 32%,and heating energy consumption in winter has decreased by 28%.
Roof insulation renovation:Aerogel boards are applied to the roof,reflecting over 90%of solar radiation heat,reducing indoor temperature by 5-8℃in summer and decreasing cooling load.In the renovation of an old residential area in Beijing,the aerogel coating has reduced electricity bills for top-floor residents by 40%.
Energy-saving upgrade of doors and windows:Aerogel particle composite glass or window frames,with a thermal conductivity reduced to 0.8W/(m²·K),replacing traditional double-layer insulating glass,resulting in an overall energy-saving rate increase of 18%.
3.New energy protection:"safety firewall"for power batteries

Cell insulation:The aerogel insulation sheet,with a thickness of only 1-3mm and a thermal conductivity as low as 0.013W/(m·K),can effectively prevent the spread of heat during thermal runaway of batteries.The aerogel insulation sheets supplied by Aibiaihe Company to CATL have extended the safe time limit for thermal runaway of high-energy density ternary battery packs from 5 minutes to 30 minutes,meeting the GB38031-2020 standard.
Fire safety of the entire vehicle:Aerogel fireproof blanket is applied to the isolation layer between the battery compartment and passenger compartment of electric buses.In 2017,the Yutong Bus project verified that it can withstand 1000℃flame for 1 hour without penetration,making it a standard fireproof configuration for electric buses.
Thermal insulation in low temperature environments:Aerogel composite materials are used in new energy vehicle battery packs in northern regions to maintain the battery's operating temperature in an environment at-30℃,reducing the range decay rate from 35%to 12%.
