　　Wellness experts from Fangjueju Health Center were specially invited to deliver a nourishing experience for both body and mind,including tea moxibustion,standing meditation,Baduanjin qigong,and a distinctive stepping exercise.Every participant benefited greatly from the session.

　　The event kicked off in the warm and elegant environment of Fangjueju Health Center,allowing employees to achieve deep physical and mental relaxation amid the fragrance of tea.

　　Different from ordinary tea drinking,tea moxibustion emphasizes a special tea ceremony and breathing regulation,guiding participants into a calm and peaceful state,laying a solid mental foundation for the following activities.
