　　Duba No.3(Underwater Rapid-Setting Anti-Dispersion Grouting Material)is a high-performance grouting material specially developed for complex underwater engineering environments.Based on the composite technology of water-soluble polymers and inorganic ultrafine particles,it solves the problems of easy dispersion and strength reduction of traditional cement-based materials during underwater construction.Featuring rapid setting,anti-dispersion,high strength and excellent durability,this product is widely used in underwater engineering applications such as bridge pile foundation reinforcement,tunnel leakage control,port and wharf repair,and dam foundation anti-seepage,serving as a key material for marine engineering,water conservancy projects and municipal infrastructure construction.

　　Strong anti-dispersion performance

　　By introducing water-soluble polymers and surfactants,the product forms a three-dimensional network structure that effectively restrains the dispersion of cement particles in water.Test data show that the grout loss rate is reduced by more than 85%compared with ordinary cement-based materials in flowing water construction,ensuring concentrated filling in the target area and avoiding water pollution.

　　Excellent rapid setting and self-compacting performance

　　Adopting a dual fast-setting chemical system,the initial setting time can be controlled within 15 minutes and the final setting time within 60 minutes.It achieves self-leveling and self-compacting without vibration.

　　High strength and durability

　　Made with high-strength Portland cement as the matrix,combined with mineral admixtures and polymer modifiers,it provides a 28-day compressive strength of 40MPa,with excellent impermeability and corrosion resistance.
