　　Rare Earth Reflective Thermal Insulation Coating uses rare earth oxides(such as cerium and yttrium)as functional fillers.With high refractive index and infrared emissivity,it reflects solar radiant heat and dissipates heat through the atmospheric window.The coating reflects more than 96%of sunlight and releases stored heat in the atmospheric window band,reducing the building surface temperature by 15–20℃and the indoor temperature by 1–3℃.
