The company firmly establishes the concept of "technology leading, intelligent manufacturing, and green development", focuses on building a national innovation platform, and has established nine provincial and ministerial level scientific research platforms, including the Henan Lanling Waterproof Protection Academician Workstation, Henan Building Waterproof Protection Engineering Research Center, Henan International Joint Laboratory of Waterproof Protection, and Henan Urban and Rural Construction Waterproof Protection Engineering Technology Innovation Center. More than 40 academicians, experts, and others have been signed as members of the enterprise development think tank team. The Lanling Huanke Central Production Base is located in Pingyu Industrial Agglomeration Zone, the central city of six provinces in central China and the hometown of building waterproofing in China. It covers an area of 226 acres and has a building area of 180000 square meters. The production equipment and supply capacity are leading in the country, with an annual output value of up to 11 billion yuan. Bringing together upstream and downstream enterprises in the industry, we aim to create a China Smart Sharing Industrial Park. Currently, we have established 15 shared factories in China, shortening the service radius and serving the national waterproofing, protection, and anti-corrosion projects, solving the "last mile" from factories to construction sites.

Fully leverage the advantages of Henan Province's demonstration enterprise for industry education integration and Henan Province's popular science education base for waterproofing and protection, accelerate the construction of a modern vocational education system, and achieve a balanced development of academic education and skill learning. Promote the establishment of the Henan Research Institute of Sun Yat sen University in Henan, and carry out political school enterprise cooperation with multiple universities such as Zhengzhou University, Henan University of Technology, North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power, and Huang Huai University. Approved by the Ministry of Education to establish key industry colleges and industry-specific colleges, establish gold and blue collar vocational training schools and vocational skill level recognition centers to provide more professional and skilled talents for the industry. In 2022, Henan Waterproof won the first place in the national labor service brand of the 5th "China Chuangyi" Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition, and became one of the three national labor service brands after Linzhou Construction and Changyuan Anti corrosion.
