Zhao Jihui

Recipient of the "Hundred Talents Program" of Sun Yat-sen University, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor, laureate of the Guangdong Provincial Outstanding Youth Fund, and "Yat-sen Scholar" of Sun Yat-sen University.

He has been ranked among the world's top 2% scientists and listed in the CNKI Top 1% Highly Cited Researchers.

He is currently a Professor at the School of Civil Engineering, Sun Yat-sen University,

with research interests focusing on green low-carbon cement-based materials,

solid waste resource utilization, and new special engineering materials.

He has presided over more than 30 research projects,

including national key R&D programs and National Natural Science Foundation of China projects.

He has published over 90 academic papers and been granted more than 20 national invention patents.

His research achievements have won the Second Prize of Science and Technology Progress

from the China Building Materials Federation and the Second Prize of Science and Technology Progress

from the China Communications and Transportation Association.

His patented technology received the Silver Award at the 2024 Guangdong University

Scientific and Technological Achievements Transformation Roadshow Competition.

He concurrently serves as Director of the Building Materials Branch of the Architectural Society of China

and Member of the Youth Committee of the Chinese Ceramic Society.
